Your Role

Rider Growth Analytics Intern will be a key member of the Regional Logistics team, responsible for analyzing and designing lead generation, rider acquisition, onboarding process, and rider activation.

Responsibilities

• Work at a regional scale to improve rider supply in the markets
• Optimize the onboarding funnel performance, and training process to increase conversions and ensure continuous rider supply
• Forecast rider supply targets and work with teams to meet targets within the budget
• Use analytics and insights to design incentives (e.g. referrals, new joiner, etc) for the new riders based on demand and supply situations across cities
• Identify and test the best channels to drive lead generation (e.g Franchise, Retail, offline activities, online marketing, referral programs, etc) and optimize the cost of acquisitions
• Collaborate with multiple teams like marketing, brand, and content teams to improve the rider supply and overall NPS

Compensation & benefits

About You

• You are currently pursuing your Bachelor’s/Master's Degree or are you a recent graduate
• You are able to commit for a minimum of 6 months full-time
• You are comfortable and have the ability to achieve goals in a dynamic and high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment
• You are comfortable with dealing with and are driven by data
• SQL knowledge is a must & is comfortable tweaking queries to drive analysis
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for analysis, PowerPoint for presentations)
