Your role

Main tasks:

• Conducting sales data collection and analysis
• Quoting and managing product pricing
• Supporting the sales team with business inquiries and administrative matters
• Analyzing data and drawing meaningful insights to improve sales and processes
• Conduct projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales
• Assisting in the preparation of presentation slides and other SAP-related sales support activities
• Creating analytics reports for KPI reporting (Monthly Customer Reports, Quality Reports)

This may also include:

• Planning and hosting marketing events
• Collaborating with 3rd party agencies for social media campaigns
• Designing and archiving marketing materials
• Coordinating with 3rd party vendors for various tasks
• Supporting functions of regional teams for problem-solving
• Other administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

About you

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work full-time for a period of at least 6 months
• Ability to communicate in fluent English
• Comfortable with data-handling
• Mature, motivated, take initiative, and strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently with a high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Able to work in a multinational and culturally diversified environment
• Positive & proactive work ethic must be a self-starter
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, and VBA Macros is preferred
• Experience in creating reports and managing data is preferred
• Relevant Studies: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, and other related disciplines.
